About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

My visit to RCH Treliske to have a punch biopsy / excision.

The appointment was timeous and I was attended by 4 female medics.

At all times I was well looked after. The nurses help my hands whilst the injection was deliver and kept me chatting during the procedure.

I was advised as to what the procedure entailed and the outcome.

I am very grateful to the team for their expertise and consideration.

I am pleased that your appointment was to good time and you were well looked after during your procedure. I am also pleased that the staff communicated well with you about to let you know what was going to happened throughout your procedure and the outcome.
