"Blood clinic dangerous practice"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I attended blood clinic. The needle was inserted and blood drawn then fir some reason the gentleman inserted the needle further causing horrendous pain in thumb and wrist. He did not remove needle but continued to draw blood even though I was clearly in a lot of pain. He had no concern removed needle sent me off. Had to visit GP due to excruciating pain. Is this guy trained? If he is then he needs reassessing he is dangerous. No duty of care
