I am under the care of heart specialist for heart failure. I have found the treatment process highly efficient and informative. The whole team have been very professional. As part of my treatment process I have also been referred to the heart rehabilitation programme which I have found very useful and supportive for myself and my family, they have eased all of my troubles and alleviated my fears! The whole programme has been invaluable in supporting my recovery. I think the benefits of the programme should be acknowledged to support other patients going through a similar situation. The whole service has been second to none!
