I have been at this practice for about 10 years and only have positive things to say. The staff are alway polite, engaging, explain everything clearly and do everything with a smile on their face.
We are not allowed to leave names in the review although I wish I could, I would name them all because they are fantastic and the GP I have spoken with today is the most vibrant, energetic, informative and caring GP I have ever met or had the pleasure of being seen and treated by.
Appointments can be difficult to get in the nhs although I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time at this practice even though I have had a busy time with my health concerns over the last few years.
I had a face to face appointment with a GP last week and a follow up telephone appointment today with potentially concerning news although the GP reassured me and now I feel calm about the process I need to follow.
Thank you all there from the reception staff, to the nurse, locums and GPs, you have all been a pleasure to deal with.
