"The whole journey has been excellent."

I was feeling very :( until I showed up at the Urgent Care Centre. It was a new experience for me completely. I wasn't even aware of its existence.

A lot of things have changed for the better since covid. The urgent care centre is a case in point. The first point of contact was the lovely administrator who was called Sandra, she had a lovely smile and greeted me warmly. 

The point of contact was with Dr Clarke she looked after me well. I was very satisfied with her.

Second person I came in contact with was Dr Burke, he sorted me to aid me with the acid reflux I was experiencing. He really went above and beyond to help me. 

I have begun the process of recovery which I needed so badly.

The whole journey with the urgent care centre has been excellent.
