"Throughout her stay we witnessed great care"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2, 10 and 17)

(as a service user),

We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to all medical, nursing and allied health care professionals who cared for our mother, Mrs Ann Deviln during her 9 week stay in Ward 2 at Monklands Hospital.

Throughout her stay we witnessed great care, compassion and professionalism. They displayed patience, understanding and humour during her time in Ward 2.

Every member of staff provided invaluable input including clerical, domestic and porters.

Be proud of the work you do,everybody matters, our NHS staff matter the most.

Best wishes to all on Ward 2.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience in University Hospital Monklands.

I am please to hear that you felt that the care your mother received was professional and compassionate. This is the level of care that the staff of ward 2 strive to deliver every day.

As you say everybody matters and I will pass on your kind feedback to the whole ward team including nurses, porters, domestics, clerical staff and doctors.

I hope that your mother is recovering well at home.
