Unfortunately I had reason to attend A&E a few weeks ago due to a fall and very painful knee. The reception staff, the nurse practitioners and the radiographer who took my x-Ray were second to none. I was in and out quickly and efficiently and felt reassured it was a case of very bad bruising and swelling.
