"What a great experience "

I attended an ent appointment today 27 Sep 4.15 at West Suffolk Hospital, Bury St Edmunds and was really impressed with the young lady who had a little lamb as I cannot say her name that carried out my audiology test in such a professional and and caring way whilst also managing to say things with a smile and a sense of humour beyond her years. A credit to the profession and to the hospital. Keep up the good work young lady you will go far.
