"Fantastic experience despite being busy"

The porter, the receptionist, the triage nurse, the phlebotomist, the junior doctor and the consultant were simply fantastic from the beginning to the end of my visit to Acute Medical Assessment unit. At a time when the NHS is struggling, the staff provided excellent services within the available resources. Honesty, integrity and compassion can easily be sensed. The patients in the waiting room recognised and stayed grateful. The doctors stayed overtime just to help out and finish the tasks in hand. Please convey our gratitude to the consultant, the junior doctors and all the staff.
