It was quite late in the afternoon, when I called the surgery about a private matter relating to my daughter. The receptionist was kind and sought advice from the duty doctor, who asked us to come down and see the Nurse Practitioner.
The Nurse Practitioner was really thorough and put my daughter at ease. My daughter was given treatment, a follow up appointment and advice to visit A&E if she got worse.
