Thank you card sent for the attention of Tom (Support Worker):

Thank you for all of your support when you came back in my care again.

We have gone through the tough times and the good times through this journey, never once you didn't give up on me which I am grateful for.

You saying "positivity" all the time will stick with me as I progress in my recovery back into the community.

I will miss our chats and the random things you come out with.
