Just spent 4 days in the gynae ward in Causeway Hospital. Every member of staff I dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly, including the catering and cleaning staff, they made me very relaxed. I couldn’t fault them. The food however was awful.

Dear Shazk,

My name is Brenda O’Neill, Interim Lead Nurse for Gynaecology Antrim & Causeway. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of care during you're stay in Gynae, Causeway Hospital.

I am pleased that you had a very positive experience while in our care. I am proud of our staff, who endeavour to make each patients visit a positive one. I will share this feedback with Grainne (Ward Manager) and the team.

My name is Karen McLaughlin, I am the General Manager for catering in Causeway Hospital. On behalf of the Catering Team I would like to apologise that you felt the food was awful. I am sorry this was your experience, food is a vital part of recovery and we take our role in this very seriously.
