"Excellent care from beginning to end of the process!"

About: Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Emergency Department Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / Paediatric Surgery Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick children / X-Ray Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I just wanted to highlight the excellent care and express my thanks for the care my son and myself received from start to finish during our experience in ED.

My son had an acute illness and was sent by GP to RBHSC ED for assessment. The care that my child received from the nurse Shannon in ED was friendly, reassuring, professional and delivered in an excellent timely manner.

He was also seen by the surgical team, Lucy and Damien. They were both excellent, thorough, professional and they had a caring, warm child friendly approach.

He was also seen by Hannah in the radiography department. Hannah carried out his investigations in a gentle, reassuring child friendly manner.

I cannot thank all these teams enough for the 1st class care my son received.  He is now fully recovered and back to his wee cheeky self.
