I attended the department for a colonoscopy and I was immediately made to feel at ease. From the front door to discharge I felt I was dealt with compassion and patience. The nursing staff were competent, professional and kind. I felt in safe hands and was assured throughout. The consultant was both friendly and professional. It was a very well organised and professional team.
