"Appointments phone number horrendous!"

This is not about Wrightington hospital, it is about trying to get through to appointments on 0300 555 4567.
On receipt of a letter instructing me to telephone for a time.
I tried for 3 days at different times to get through.
Constantly ringing for 15-20 minutes without answering.
Absolutely unacceptable service and not for the first time.
Why my letter did not state an appointment time I don't know???
Please sort out this service, soon.
