About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Outpatients

(as the patient),

My GP referred me for further investigation.  I was very concerned and dreading the whole process.

Yvonne who collected me from the waiting room has such a calm and caring nature. I’m sure she would have held my hand had wanted her to.  She was right there with me until I left the clinic.  

Dr Stofberg was equally as calm and caring.  She explained everything before, during and after my check-up very clearly.

I have a follow up appointment in 3 months' time and I feel a lot better about my diagnosis.

Both these ladies are a credit to the department.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback in relation to your recent visit to the Gynaecology Outpatient department at Perth Royal Infirmary. It is reassuring that you found both Dr Stofberg and Yvonne were both calm and caring and a clear explant ion was given to you during the procedure. We do strive to offer a positive experience and I am pleased that you found this to be the case. I will ensure that your feedback will be passed onto the relevant staff.
