"Staff member went above and beyond"

I phoned the children’s ASD service to get a copy of some paperwork for some intervention my child had from the service last year.

Mary, the social worker on duty that day, was very helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond what I expected, looking into my child’s case and producing a really helpful letter that will aid us to support his needs and to access additional help.

She also gave me some useful advice. I’m sure it took quite some time for her to familiarise herself with his case, so I really wanted to acknowledge and thank her for doing this as it was very much appreciated.

Staff like Mary are a credit to the Western Trust.
