"So knowledgeable, supportive and friendly"

Re MSK Physiotherapy exercise class at the Horizon Wellbeing Hub (Oak Park Community Clinic)

I want to provide some feedback on the lower limb exercise class your physio rehab team offer at the Horizon Wellness Hub in Havant Meridian Centre, as I feel so lucky to have had this available. I have taken a while to send this in as I've put a lot of thought into what I want to say to really convey just how important this service is.

The support with my rehabilitation following a serious knee injury has been invaluable. Both my physio Hazel and Cathy who run the class are amazing. So knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. They put everyone at their ease and help people so much on their road to recovery. With two of them running the class they were able to monitor and tailor every exercise to best help mine, and others, specific injuries and capabilities, adapting as we progressed.

Because of my complex injury and subsequent regular and long-term rehabilitation needs, Hazel utilised the lower limb injury class to facilitate more regular contact and support than she would otherwise have been able to offer through 121 appointments. This has been invaluable, and I definitely would not be where I am now was it not for this additional contact and support.

Thank you so much. Please enable this vital class to continue into the future to help many other lucky people's rehabilitation.
