"Special Care Dentistry"

About: Community Mental Health (Dundee) Dundee Dental Hospital / Oral Surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was supported by the team at Dundee Dental Hospital so that she was able to have 2 troublesome wisdom teeth removed. The first at the end if 2023 and second in early 2024.

Their patience, kindness and professionalism was exceptional.

Special mention to Clinical Psychology, Lindsay-Jo, however all staff deserve praise and thanks, including the wonderful dental nurse and dentist.

It has made such a difference to my daughter and has helped in other heath settings too.

We are quick to criticise, however this team are truly amazing. Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking your time to feedback on the service and experience that your daughter experienced at the end of 2023 and this year from the Special Care Dentistry team. I am so glad for you both that the experience was positive and all involved contributed to that as a team by being patient, kind and professional. It is really appreciated to receive your feedback as we work hard to deliver the best service we can as a team to help all our patients in whatever way we can when they require treatment.

I am so glad that this experience has had positive effects in other healthcare settings.

I will pass your thanks and feedback onto the team.

Many Thanks

Best Wishes
