(as the patient),

Shelagh - medical secretary for Mr Fergusson -  was amazing when I contacted her about a recent appt and if I would be able to speak to Mr Fergusson.  

Sheonagh was so kind and helpful.  She listened, reassured and understood what I was speaking about. She helped me understand and made me feel better and was such a nice person.  She made me laugh but genuinely was so amazing to me and that made such a difference.
