Used app to get appointment gave as much info as possible, app states It will be reviewed in 3 days we are 5 days still no response to quite an urgent matter

Not sure what’s worse receptionist you can’t get past or an app they clearly is not fit for purpose

Dear Patient

We are sorry that you have had difficulties in getting an appointment at the practice. We have been using a new triage system since July 2024, the details of which are on our website www.westgatepractice.co.uk.

To book an appointment with a non-urgent GP please follow the instructions below:

• Visit our website www.westgatepractice.co.uk and click on 'Contact us online' box

• Read the disclaimer and select the relevant option, Admin query, Medical request or Online advice

• Submit your request and it will then be sent to the relevant team – a response may take up to 72 hours.

For an urgent on the day appointment, or an appointment with our Practice Nursing Team please ring the Practice.
