(as the patient),

Called NHS 24 and was referred to Douglas Street OOH in Hamilton.  

I was honestly blown away by how efficient and supportive the staff were. From the moment you walk in the door to a friendly wave as you exit.  

I left feeling very grateful for the assistance.
