"Great efficiency, and customer care"

I had several different things to cover and either see the doctor regarding and I was thinking that this is a pain, how do I explain all this and book everything? one of those calls I was dreading. Also, I hoped any appointment wasn’t too far away. The lady I spoke with in the office was fantastic. So patient, knowledgeable and helpful - she made it a breeze! It was so quick too. Also, I have appointments for tomorrow! No waiting. Thank you Southborough for being so supportive and helpful. Keep up the great work! Also a shout out to the lady on Reception when I popped in earlier. Helped me with my query with no problem at all, and had a cheery smile which was welcoming. Thanks again all!
