About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I have a brilliant GP who referred me for an urgent cancer pathway referral to gynaecology due to bleeding whilst on HRT.

Within a week of referral I was given a scan which revealed nothing suspicious but the thought of cancer was overwhelming. However, I was followed up by Gynaecology and had an appointment yesterday and just waiting for the report.

I saw a nurse practitioner, Stephanie and Janet who were absolutely brilliant.
