"Extremely helpful"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

We took our child to RHC with an injury.

Waiting room was spotless, staff were extremely helpful and the signposting to x-ray is easy to follow.

Special mention to Dr Maye, who had a lovely manner and was very patient with our child. Truly an asset to the speciality. Also to Sandra, the HCSW, who fitted our support boot, was also very helpful and reassuring.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience of attending the Royal Hospital for Children. We are so pleased to hear that you found the waiting room clean, the staff helpful, and the signposting clear.

A special thank you for mentioning Dr Maye and Sandra, our Healthcare Support Worker. It’s wonderful to hear how their patience, professionalism, and reassuring care made such a difference for both you and your child. We will ensure that both Dr Maye and Sandra receive your kind words – they will be thrilled to know that their efforts are appreciated.

We are proud of our dedicated team, and feedback like yours reminds us how much their hard work means to our patients and their families.

Thank you again, and we wish your child a speedy recovery!
