(as a service user),

Went to one of their afternoon clinics for a check up.

Super simple process and all the staff are lovely and very reassuring. It can be tricky to talk about intimate issues but here it is relaxed and welcoming, just as it should be.

I waited for my turn to see someone, a few basic questions and some samples taken and it was time to leave.

Nothing is rushed and they’re always happy to give advice, signposting and things you might need.
