"I had an emergency appointment with the dentist"

About: NHS Grampian / GDENS (Grampian Emergency Dental Service)

(as the patient),

I arrived 5 minutes early to fill in the form. The dental nurse came through within 5 minutes and took me through. The dentist was lovely and explained everything about my treatment plan. Very understanding and gentle as I am a very anxious patient. I didn’t feel anything no pain at all. So thankful.
