Dear Oak Park Community Clinic,

I visited your clinic for a physiotherapy session with Jasmine recently. I wanted to leave my review via email because I couldn't get the QR code to work without an app, and the NHS website has not registered your clinic!

I am very satisfied with the physiotherapy I received from Jasmine. She was very professional and polite, culturally aware, and very considerate when dealing with my long-standing groin and back pain. She walked me through the process with patience and gave me helpful information and exercises till the next session.

I hope this review counts, otherwise please send me a direct link where I can leave this review about my physiotherapist. Unfortunately I do not want to install an app and I couldn't find any other way to leave my review.
