"The staff were very helpful"

About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as a relative),

I had to take my mother-in-law to attend after a head injury, the staff were very helpful and looked after her so well.

They explained everything and her options and took the time to treat her even after their shift had finished.

They were professional and my mother-in-law says they were lovely, so nice and she felt so safe and in good hands.

Thank you very much for all your help

Dear Dalmore1,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your story on care opinion, all feedback is much appreciated and helps to improve our service.

I am sorry to hear your mother-in-law sustained a head injury and required a trip to Minor Injuries. I hope she is feeling better and is on the mend now. I am delighted to hear your positive experience in the Minor Injuries Unit and that the staff were professional, helpful and your mother-in-law felt she was in safe hands. These are all qualities we pride ourselves on and always strive to do the best for the patients.

I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the nursing staff and thank you again for sharing your story.

Kind regards,

Katy Cook ( Senior Staff Nurse, NHS Tayside).
