My 88 year old Mum was attending Eddlewood Public Hall in Hamilton for her flu vaccine the other week. The nurse we saw, James, was so nice and so good with my Mum, who has dementia.
He spent time chatting to her and made her feel very comfortable. He was so kind and it was obvious that he genuinely cared. James - Thank You !!
