About: Enhanced Care / Acute Care at Home

(as a relative),

The service was fabulous- it allowed us to get my dad home and enabled him to recover in the comfort of his own home. 

I couldn't believe that by 11am on day one the whole team had either been in to see daddy or had phoned. 

The nurses were all caring, knowledgeable and very professional. The team were very attentive and accessible to  answer any query or concern we had and kept  us updated on bloods etc

Hi Hels bells,

Thanks so much for leaving such positive feedback. I am very reassured that AC@H were able to care for your dad at home as it is recognized that many older people recover better at home.

I hope your dad remains well but you know where we are if he needs referred again either by hospital or GP or ambulance.
