One point, a few weeks ago an ex came to a group when we had broken up which was very upsetting and awkward.

Suggestions:

*Women's only group

*Men's only group

For safety amongst same sex recovering addicts.

It can be difficult to plan for unforeseen triggers or challenging situations, so please speak to your recovery worker about these and attempt to put some strategies in place.

We are currently reviewing our hub timetable, so will take your ideas into consideration.
