About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I was introduced to the lovely nurse in the office who was very prompt and on time for the appointment.

She was very welcoming and comforting, supporting me through the whole process and constantly checking in and reassuring me.

She thoroughly explained the process and was very chatty and polite.

I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she wore glasses, brown hair with a fringe , she was lovely.
