"Treated with the utmost dignity and respect"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Was recently in QMH urology dept for a Transperinieal Prostate Biopsy and was feeling very apprehensive about this procedure.

I needn't have worried, Dr Elsayed and his team were very professional and helpful and put my mind at ease. The nurse who looked after me (Jackie) was superb as were Dr Elsayed's assistants (sorry, can't remember names).

I was taken on time and treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times. Superb care by the NHS (yet again). Thank you so much.

I am delighted with your comments regarding myself, Dr El-Sayed and my colleagues (Beth & Robbie) and how we were able to put your mind at ease, especially as you were feeling apprehensive. It was an absolute pleasure to have made this a positive experience for you.

It is also reassuring to know that you felt we gave you the utmost respect and dignity throughout.

I am proud to work for the NHS and as a team we take pride in our work and also in providing patient-centred care. Your feedback just epitomises everything that we seek to achieve.

The team and I hope you are recovering well, and give our best wishes with your upcoming results.
