Anything else?
I had a vey bad experience on AMU which I was going write about but the staff on Elizabeth Fry mention talking about them more important. I was taken from AMU to Elizabeth Fry ward and put in a bay with 3 other ladies from the moment I was brought onto the ward nothing was to trouble this ranged from the domestics to the ward manager. The staff made me feel like I was at times the only person on the ward, the gave me my night tablets early as i had explained that they take two to three hours to kick in. The staff worked extremely hard and the ladies I was with needed extra care which again was done with dignity for the patient. As I got better I helped a little like passing the drink to someone bed bound who couldn't reach just to help the staff who we're doing more important things. I don't know what to say except that the staff need recognition for the excellence, dignity and general attitude to each and every one of there patients, I do hope this is passed on to them.
