"The level of care from start to finish was exceptional"

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

I had to have a colonoscopy procedure at Omagh Primary Care Complex. I have to say from the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome & was immediately put at ease by the very helpful & caring nursing staff - ie Anita & Gemma on  admissions. The girls were very attentive & looked after me extremely well.

Once in the theatre the same hung quality care & attention was provided, everything was explained every step of the way by Catherine & Loretta. The nurse specialist Cailen was fabulous, careful, gentle & very professional carrying out the procedure which went without any complications.

In recovery I was again looked after extremely well by Joelle, Rebecca, Amy & nursing assistant Chester. The level of care from start to finish was exceptional, definitely first class. The whole experience was made even better by being cared for by sympathetic, caring & highly professional female staff which was much appreciated!
