I submitted the online form for a callback on the 5th of September, I've also called twice and been told 48hrs. I'm not sure about your maths skills since they're obviously as great as your ability to use the phone. 48hrs was 13 days ago. Fyi.
I'm sure you'll use the excuse of not being able to find a record - don't worry I have the emailsd, then the excuse of covid 4 years later, then staffing issues ... And whatever else you can come up with not to have done the bare minimum.
Honestly I'm appalled by having to write this review especially when the decision to even attempt to contact you was hard enough. I'd like to make a formal complaint and will be involving pals.
