"Treated as a person and not just a number"

I attended the clinic and a lovely female HCA introduced herself (sorry forgotten her name) She checked my general health, enquired if I was symptom free, took my blood and gave me urine pots and rectal and throat swabs to self test. The whole procedure was conducted with kindness, dignity and professionalism. I felt very comfortable discussing aspects of my sex life in order that my record was up to date. There is absolutely nothing to fear attending this sexual health clinic as you are treated as a person and not just a number. Thank you 😊
