Dear Nancy,

Thank you for the feedback you have provided regarding our appointment system and trying to get through on the Phone to our receptionist. Our phone lines are busiest when the surgery opens for the day. We encourage are patients to call later in the day to avoid the high volume of incoming calls or to use our eConsult app which is an option for an appointment. With the eConsult app, you complete the form online and with two business days you will receive a call from one our clinicians. Below the link to the eConsult app.
