"I am truly grateful for her help and support"

About: Promoting Well Being / Stop Smoking Service

(as the patient),

Smoking for 27 years. 20 a day for 22 years. Had never thought about quitting cigarettes and Diane had a conversation with me about reducing the amount of cigarettes I was smoking and in 4 weeks I got down to 3/4 a day.

I’m not smoking nearly a year. I think at the end of October it’ll be a year. I can’t say anything good enough about Diane. Even after discharge she contacted me every 2 weeks which encouraged me to continue with the no smoking.

She’s a credit to herself and the health Service. I am truly grateful for her help and the support after treatment
