"My husband's wheelchair"

(as a carer),

I would like to thank David from Westmarc for repairing my husband's wheelchair, not only did David repair the chair, he educated me on the workings of the chair as any information regarding the chair was lost at Monklands Hospital, just to say thank you for your patience and tolerance.

Dear deltapk58, thank you for your lovely comments regarding David. I have shared this with him and he is delighted that he could repair your husbands chair. I was sorry to hear that the information supplied was lost at Monklands Hospital, however David is very experienced and I do know that he would have shared his product knowledge with yourself and your husband to allow for a better quality of life and independence.

I would like to thank you for your patience and tolerance, as a busy service, we do our best to support and plan for unexpected repairs.
