"The staff were friendly and put me at ease"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

I attended the fracture clinic/plaster room at FVRH to get my dressing removed and wound checked. The staff were friendly and put me at my ease, even though I had to get stiches out which I wasn't expecting.

Arlene took my stiches out and was very gentle and explained what she was doing, she was lovely and professional. I feel the staff cared about their patients and their roles. They could not have been nicer.

Dear kaz1,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your kind and positive comments regarding your care in the fracture clinic. We do try to put our patients at the centre of what we do and it is great to hear when the patients feel that.

It will be my pleasure to pass on your feedback to Arlene who I am sure will be delighted to hear it. May I wish you a speedy recovery

Kind regards

Kevin McCloskey
