Referral was 9 months ago, I did receive letters to say I was still in the list which is reassuring that you’ve not been forgotten. 

The letter for my appointment said I had to arrive half an hour early for a hearing test, which is fine. However when you get reminders from mycare or via text regarding your upcoming appointment it doesn’t mention the arriving early for tests. It just tells you your appointment time. I did check my original letter as I thought the time had been changed but if you just rely on these reminders I expect people will not arrive early for their tests. 

Receptionist was friendly, audiologist was clear what was happening, nurse assisting the consultant was reassuring and kind. The ENT consultant was clear and kind and reassuring. What a good experience today, thank you.
