They did not turn up again yesterday. I sat for 4 hours with my mum, waiting. Then had telephone call from a lady saying not coming. The same thing happened last year. We had decided to give them another try this year, but will not be using them again. I asked for manager to call me, instead they just sent another appointment through which I will be cancelling. NHS should not be endorsing this company. Having home eye tests are supposed to make it easier for vunerable elderly people.
Their glasses are also very expensive.
