"In safe hands at urgent care centre"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I want to express my gratitude to the nursing team who looked after me in the Urgent Care Centre in Forth Valley Royal Hospital after I was directed there by 111.

Their care and professionalism made a very difficult situation a lot easier. I felt heard, reassured and felt I was in very safe hands.

I’ll be forever grateful to you all.
