"I could feel the lovely atmosphere as soon as I went in"

I attended the Gastroenterology Hub recently in the Ulster Hospital for a first appointment with a dietician. I was greeted by two very pleasant receptionists, Sinead and Sian, they were very welcoming and friendly from the second I arrived. 

I was brought very quickly in by the dietician Christine. 

I found Christine to be very friendly and really genuinely interested in me. She took the time to listen to me and offered lots of advice. She also gave me lots of written information for me to take with me to read at home. Christine was very knowledgeable and I knew straight away she was very passionate about her job and she took her time to explain different options for me. I came away feeling very positive  and look forward to my follow up appointment with her. 

Well done to all the team in the Gastro Hub I could feel the lovely atmosphere as soon as I went in and wanted to pass on my thanks.
