"Compassion and empathy was greatly appreciated"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Radiology (X-rays and Scans) Emergency Medicine / Minor Injuries Unit Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

I had a fall on my left hand side, felt dazed I didn't lose consciousness but felt woozy.

I would just like to say the level of care I experienced was excellent from the ambulance staff, the radiographers, the reception staff at radiology, the nurse who attended to me (I don't know her name but she came from Montrose), she was exceptional, her compassion and empathy was greatly appreciated.
