Called today to wait an hour before automatic cut off. Called back waited for 25 mins to speak to someone who couldnt help with booking an appt. as he is working remotely and doesnt have access!!
Forced onto the online system which is long winded and then spews out text message appts at inconvenient dates/times and ignores any preference on this. Unable to reply to texts so no way of cancelling as they dont answer phones/have access when after hours you get through on the phone.
in desperate need of a return to answering phones and booking appts with GPs in person. The 'phone call appt' is simply a waste of everyone's time. Give the general public some credit, we know when an appt. is needed.
