ICATT south came and spoke to all the staff and went through the service users care plan that she had wrote up to see if there was anything that required changing or that was missing from how he is at the home.
Charlotte did everything that she was asked to do in means of the care plan that she wrote to help the staff to assist the service user more within the home.
