About: Raigmore Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

The service is very good once it is arranged, but the booking service is disjointed. At the moment I have to arrange scans every six months and there are delays to bookings. If you try and book too early, you cannot make a booking for a future date and if you book within the time period specified, you then are told there is a wait. The net result is one scan in December and the next in September - a 9-month gap rather than 6 months.
